"Thank you! I feel great and will continue the strength training. At 61, I never felt better. I always ate “well” but there were way too many fruits in my diet… thus too much sugar!

"Ariane, I did this program as my first step in a postpartum routine after a very difficult pregnancy and c-section where I felt like I had lost 99% of my strength, muscle tone, and shape.
