With over 25 years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and metabolic health, Ariane has guided thousands of women to transform their relationship with food, body, and self — not through more restriction, willpower, or discipline, but by addressing the deeper emotional and biological roots beneath their struggles. Her work is built on a foundational truth: weight gain, cravings, stress, and fatigue are not personal failures. They are messages from the body, revealing where unresolved emotions, outdated beliefs, and nervous system patterns are still shaping our physiology.
Ariane’s approach is radically different from the exhausting cycle of dieting harder, pushing more, and trying to “fix” yourself with sheer willpower or habit changes. Instead, she weaves together the science of nutrition and metabolism with emotional decoding, nervous system regulation, and family systems work — helping women restore balance from the inside out. This holistic method creates lasting change because it works with the body’s intelligence instead of fighting against it, and addresses the root causes that traditional approaches overlook.
My story
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. When Ariane was seven years old, her father died suddenly of a heart attack. That loss shattered her sense of predictability and safety, leaving her with a deep, unspoken belief that the world could change at any moment and that love could disappear without warning. Like so many children who experience early loss, she unconsciously turned to food as a way to soothe the pain and create a sense of control.
What began as emotional eating slowly turned into years of binge eating, dieting, and an endless battle with her weight. The harder she tried to control her body with discipline and willpower, the more disconnected and ashamed she felt. It wasn’t until Ariane began to understand the real attempts behind those behaviors — the attempts to feel safe, to numb grief, to fill emotional voids, and to create predictability where there was none — that everything shifted.
That shift — from control to compassion, from willpower to awareness — is what ultimately set her free. It allowed her to build a new relationship with food and her body, one rooted not in fear or punishment, but in understanding, trust, and respect. And it’s the foundation of the work she shares today.
My mission
Ariane’s mission is to transform the way we understand weight, health, and change — both in individuals and within modern wellness culture.
For too long, medicine, fitness, and nutrition have treated weight as a problem to fix through restriction, tracking, or more effort. These approaches ignore the body’s innate intelligence and the emotional roots that shape metabolism, cravings, and stress.
Ariane’s work bridges science and self-awareness. It includes nutrition and metabolism but goes beyond — addressing the emotional, mental, and physiological patterns that drive behaviour and health.
When those deeper layers are understood and resolved, the body recalibrates naturally, food becomes intuitive, and change happens from the inside out — without force or control.
