  • Have achieved a good level of fitness from the basic Slim & Strong program

  • Don't have numerous injuries that require professional care

  • Understand what a balanced approach of exercise and nutrition looks like

  • Understand the signs of stress on your metabolism

This program is not for you if...

  • This program IS NOT for those that skipped through most parts of the basic program. If you didn't watch the videos and read the daily emails of the basic version, please complete that program again before you sign up for 2.0. Also, you want to be open to participating in the mindset work and homework we will be doing in the private Facebook forum. This is a group of committed women only to maximize the effort in our journey.
