In this 2.0 version we will dive deeper into the steps you can take to continue to feel in tune with your body, to see continued fat loss, muscle gains, all while keeping a balanced mindset. We will discuss hacks that affect your health, brain performance, metabolism and physique. We will dive deep into issues that prevent us from being our best.

This program IS NOT for those that skipped through most parts of the basic program. If you didn't watch the videos and read the daily emails of the basic version, please complete that program before you sign up for 2.0. Also, you want to be open to participating in the mindset work and homework we will be doing on the private Facebook forum. I want this to be a group of committed women only so we can all support each other's journey.
Each workout is 25 minutes or less, designed to build strength, shred fat and build lean muscle definition. We’ll follow a workout routine that is basic, yet challenging and focuses on adding lean muscle and create an intense after-burn effect.
Our routine maximizes your results in record time: strength training, metabolic conditioning, and HIIT. The workouts will progress from pure body-weight workouts to using dumbbells to the Slim & Strong Blue Resistance Bands (included when you join this program). The workouts will be delivered as videos that you can do at the gym, outside or at home.
