THERE'S NO SUCH THING.
Postpartum care in the US consists of one 6-week follow-up for the new mom. There is little to no guidance on so many issues new moms face, such as ab separation (diastasis recti), pelvic floor weakness (with resulting incontinence or digestive issues, sexual health issues, etc), postpartum depression, or guidance on the proper workout for recovery.
There is no education on how to handle the radical hormonal changes, nor advice on the impact of baby on our social and intimate relationship.
I’m so excited to introduce this program to you because I know it’s unlike anything out there. 'Slim & Strong Moms' is radically different. It’s about creating a sustainable approach that delivers results beyond the six weeks and creates health on all levels: physically, mentally and emotionally.
I will challenge you to take a different approach to keep you healthy & fit, mentally & physically. Being a mom of 2 little boys, I have learned a thing or two...I practice what I teach!
