Ariane's compassionate approach to nutrition and exercise - and most importantly, wellness - has taught me how to feel more balanced in my everyday life. I couldn't recommend her more! For much of my teens and early adulthood, I tried different fad diets or exercise programs to try to lose weight. I never really felt like I knew the truth about diet and exercise though - which foods were best for my body and how much I should be eating (I.e. sweet potatoes? yogurt? honey? fruit? etc).

 

In our first session, Ariane taught me how the body metabolizes different foods and then calculated specific portions according to my goals and current body composition. She also helped me develop a workout plan for every day of the week.

I felt like I finally had a roadmap to losing weight! I also loved Ariane's approach to balance and her encouragement to stay away from perfectionism.

 

As model and actress I have definitely been under pressure to over-exercise or severely restricted my diet, but Ariane's focus on balance, rest and respect for the female body is so refreshing and achievable.
