I'm an avid athlete and have completed numerous road races, marathons, stair climbing competitions, and triathlons. I completed an Ironman Triathlon (2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.4-mile marathon) because I enjoy testing my physical and mental limits (and because I'm a recovering Type A). I didn't start out as a fit and healthy woman but struggled many years of my young adult life by figuring out what would make me feel at peace in my own body.
I have been studying nutrition and fitness for more than 20 years, so you can save yourself the trial-and-error and simply trust on being guided to your goals with expert knowledge. I do not promote a one-size-fits-all-approach, but rather create a bespoke program with you that is based on your health, goals, your unique blood chemistry, activity level, food sensitivities, your mindset about food and your body, stress levels, diet history, and metabolic type. I inspire my clients to become better versions of themselves by teaching them to become the expert on their own body.
